Good morning everyone :) I've been working on this blog for over two years now and I love it! Even though my blog hasn't reached the ends of the internet and isn't being promoted by influencers and health and wellness guru's, I still enjoy doing it each week as it helps me get my thoughts out of my head and brings me relief, satisfaction and joy in the process. If something helps you and impacts even one person then it's worth it 💙 I am very transparent with you about the things I share in my blog... It's important, as humans, to talk out our feelings and get feedback on our thoughts, as well as advice for the future. Talking with people helps me organize my thoughts and make sense of them. It's especially important in these uncertain times, to reach out to others and help each other when there's a need. Some days are easier than others and some weeks are harder. That being said, I find myself really tired lately... I think that fear and fatigue have settled in my mind and made a home there... but I have to remind myself that there are many others who are worse off than me and others who are in more pain. I get this way when my chronic pain flares up... and when I need to take a break from the demands of life. I need to remind myself that I'm doing all the right things, that everything I'm doing is for the purpose of creating a better life for myself. One of those things is taking 30 minutes every morning to do Therapy and Journal. It helps set up an intention for each day and when I skip it I notice a negative change in my mood and overall mindset. It's those little things you can do every day to create positive habits and incremental change that will keep pushing you forward in times of doubt and fear. We can only hope for a better TOMORROW and do our best TODAY. I'm looking forward to a summer of sun and adventuring! What things are on your mind... what are you looking forward to this summer and what helps you cope when you are experiencing pain in your body or your heart? Share your story in the comments below!
