Twelve Days of Christmas Meditation Day Six: Bathtub Bliss Meditation 🤗


Tis the season to indulge in the sweet obsession of bathtub bliss! I don't know why, but I started taking baths a few years ago, and haven't stopped since. It's one of the quickest indulgences during the cold winter season, and it's easy and cheap to make your bath fancy! Whether its adding Epson Salts, Magnesium Flakes, Bubbles, Essential Oils... Your bath time is your time :) If you're feeling extra fancy, you can light some candles or incense, and add some fresh Lavender to your bath with some sweet orange essential oil for an added zest... and don't forget the Champagne! There's a lot to be said for the quiet, meditative relaxation of a hot bath to help unwind after a long day and truly rejuvenate your system. It has been said that people who immerse themselves in warm water at least once a week saw improvements in their physical and emotional health.


What you'll need:

2 Cups Epson Salt

10 drops Lavender Essential Oil

5 Drops Rose Essential Oil

A white candle(associated with healing emotions and cleansing the mind

Relaxing Music

Glass of Champagne with 2 drops of sweet orange essential oil!
