What would your friends and family say about you? What things do you admit to right away and what things are you afraid to tell those around you, even the best of friends... What's your truth... Here's mine ❣
I’m emotional, I’m sensitive, I’m stubborn, I’m indecisive, If I can’t control a situation I look for a way out, It’s difficult for me to let go of the past and move forward, I’m afraid of many things and pretend I’m not, I’m afraid of change and taking risks, I hold things in, I self-sabotage, I’m a flawed person… What are you? Sometimes admitting our faults can set us free in a way that allows us to breathe more freely. Being fake is like living in plastic: it gets heavy, hot and uncomfortable… and eventually it becomes suffocating. What things do you see as a flaw in yourself? Are flaws a good thing, a bad thing or simply part of being human. In this world of social media we spend most of the time worrying about how others live. Wondering how we compare to them and seeing our flaws as something to be ashamed of and to hide from.
But underneath all the filters and things, who are you at the core of your being? What makes you happy… and what makes you sad? What would a perfect day look like to you and why? When we take all the worries away, all the things that weigh us down; when these things are lifted from us, what is left? Who is our authentic, vulnerable self... Share your story. Share your thoughts. What are your flaws. What makes you unique 🧐
